Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email entered when ordering. This means that Acu-Strike Golf has the order in the system. Once the products ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped, and an automated email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Shipping Time & Method
Indoor and Outdoor Mat orders are typically processed and packed within 24 hours of receiving an order and are typically shipped within another 24 hours.
Larger items such as the height equalization mat and the 4′ x 5′ four mat set may take longer to process, pack and ship. Please contact us at acustrikegolf@gmail.com if you need an exact timeframe.
Order Shipment
An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 4 days, please contact us at acustrikegolf@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see “Cancellations” below for more info.
Once an order has shipped to the shipping address, Acu-Strike Golf is not responsible for any “non-receivable” situations. No refund will be given on “undeliverable” orders, and extra postage and a service charge may incur to ship a replacement to another address.
Receipt of Products & Damages
It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us at acustrikegolf@gmail.com immediately if your package arrives damaged and send photos as proof of damage. A claim will be filed with the carrier. Once the claim with the shipper is approved, we will have a replacement shipped to you.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We have a strict no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy. All sales are final. Be sure to purchase the appropriate Golf Mat for the proper use.
Outdoor golf mats are for use on grass in weather above 60 degrees Fahrenheit and Indoor Mats are for use inside or outside on hard surfaces (pavement, concrete, wood, tile, and industrial carpet) in weather above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Manufacturing Defects
Acu-Strike Golf stands by its products. Our Mats are warrantied against all manufacturer defects up to 30 days. If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge.
In the rare instance you receive a defective product, please email us at acustrikegolf@gmail.com with your name, order number, description of defect and photos showing the full product and close-up of the damage / defect. We will promptly assess the situation and send out a replacement, if applicable.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or returns.
