We ask that you please bear with the shipper just a little longer.
Your Package is in transit, at a hub, or possibly between hubs.

It is my experience from previous customers that YOU WILL receive your package.
It may take longer than expected so we ask for your patience.

If your package is not delivered in 15 days after it has shipped,
we can file a claim, and once accepted, we will ship a replacement product to you.
